The Eagan Travel Baseball season starts for the U9-U15 players right after the tryouts. The typical regular season runs through early July.
Players and parents can expect to play approximately 14-16 league games, plus scrimmages, and 3 to 4 weekend tournaments. Practice schedules are determined by the individual coaches, but expect that there will be 2-4 practices per week leading up to the start of the regular season. Teams that make a State tournament may play into late July. Players in the 16+ league will receive their schedules as soon as they are available.
Eagan Travel Baseball values all of the players in our system and strives to provide them with a consistent and quality competitive and recreational experience. Players that sign up for ETB will agree to play only in an ETB program for the duration of their summer baseball experience. This time frame begins with the start of the MBL season (usually May 1st) until the end of the MBL season, which is typically after the last tournament in July, for any Travel program team in U9 -18+. Players will not be permitted to play on both an ETB team and a "club" team at the same time. The ETB President will have full discretion to resolve any conflicts pertaining to this policy, up to and including the dismissal of the player from their assigned ETB team, with no refund.
