All brackets, rain delay schedules, and other information pertaining to the operation of the tournament will be found here. Game results will be posted on Tourney Machine.

In the event of a team canceling before or during the tournament due to a COVID case, teams in that pool will receive a 7-0 forfeit. Teams will not be charged with any pitches.

Game times: Pool play - no new inning after one hour, 45 minutes or six innings for 9s-12s; no new inning after two hours or seven innings for 13s. Bracket play: Two hours or six innings for 9s-12s; seven innings for 13s.

Pitch counts

9U/10U - 75 pitchers per day, 115 pitchers per tournament

11U/12U - 85 pitchers per day, 125 pitchers per tournament

13U - 95 pitchers per day, 135 pitchers per tournament

No refunds will be given after May 15 unless a team can be found to replace your team.

Eagan Baseball is sponsoring a pre-tournament Summer Clash T-shirt. The base price is $15 with the option for an additional $5 fee with player last name or number. Those that add-on can get the year and tournament participants on the back at no additional fee. No T-shirts will be available on-site for our first tournament.

Bracket Play Time Limit:
9U-12U age groups
* Six innings/2-hour time limit. No new inning shall begin after two hours.

13U age group
* Seven innings/2-hour, 15-minute time limit. No new inning shall begin after 2 hours, 15 minutes. 

NOTE:
1. When the time limit is reached after an inning has started, the game will end immediately after the visiting team bats if the home team is ahead or scores the go ahead run in the bottom half of the inning or when the inning is completed. 

2. A new inning begins instantly when the 3rd out of the previous inning is recorded. The time of the first pitch of the next inning is irrelevant regarding the time limit.

3. For bracket games only: When a game is tied at the end of six innings for 9U-12U, and seven innings for 13U, or if the time limit is up, International Tie Breaker rules apply.

International Rule for Bracket Games Only:

9U-13U: At the start of each inning, start the inning with zero outs, a runner is placed on second base; the runner will be the last batter scheduled to bat in this inning. At least one full inning is played, allowing each team the same chance to score. If the score remains tied, the same process is used in each inning until a victor emerges (one team scores more runs than the other at the end of a complete inning).

Pitches thrown by pitchers in extra innings will count towards each individual pitcher's pitch count total.
